I'm posing here for a 1981 promo shot taken by my friend, and drummer, Larry Thompson. It was the Urban Cowboy movement, and I was playing in the Black Hole Ramblers and living with my producer, Dik Darnell, and his family, up near Evergreen, Colorado.
